Frequently Asked Questions

YOU'VE GOT QUESTIONS AND I'VE GOT THE ANSWERS

Below is a list of the questions I frequently get from potential clients.
Take a look and if there is anything else you might be wondering please just reach out.

Can I request specific items on the table?
Yes.  A custom table is available upon request. Please mention your preferences upon booking.

How do I reserve a grazing experience?
Look over the different grazing options and book a phone call or send an inquiry. After finalizing the details, a signed contract and a 20% deposit to hold your date and time is required.

How much set-up time is needed?
Depending on the size of the table, a minimum of 1 hour is needed prior to the event.

What surface should I use?
Any flat surface such as kitchen island, table, fold out table, countertop.

Will there be enough food?
A grazing experience is meant to provide a little bit of everything to your guests not everything to all your guests. Therefore it is considered light hors’ oeuvres.

The portions of cheese is 2.5 oz and the portion of charcuterie is 1.5 oz per guest. The table is then filled in with a variety of seasonal fruit, veggies, dips, jam, breads, crackers, nuts and dried fruit.

If you would like an ‘entree’ portion please be sure to communicate that in your inquiry/call.
